Our COVID-19 response

Here at Hogan Engineering, your health and safety has always been a priority.

As you know, the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has affected the way many businesses have been operating, so we wanted to update you on the standards we have enforced to ensure that you, our customers, as well as our staff, remain safe and healthy.

How does this affect you?

The main change is that we are no longer permitting sales over the counter. Any payments that need to be made are to be done over the phone.
For those picking up orders and needing payment, we will only take contactless card payments or payments over the phone. Direct debit is also available.

While we know that in order to operate we will require to have some contact with you, we are continuing to take steps to ensure the cleanliness of our workplace, including:

  • regularly washing and sanitising our hands;
  • wiping down and disinfecting work spaces; and
  • maintaining a safe distance from customers and coworkers at all times.

We also request for employees to stay home if they are feeling unwell, even if the symptoms are mild.
