Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering from Hogan. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return

Attachments can be returned and exchanged if they are covered by our warranty.

If you require a return outside of our warranty, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You are returning the attachment within 30 days of receiving it – proof of delivery is needed
  • The attachment was not custom built or made to order – these items are unable to be resold
  • The attachment is unused and still in its original condition

Refunds

Once we receive your attachment(s), we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), withholding 10% of the cost of the attachment as a restocking fee.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs incurred for returning or exchanging your attachment(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
