Our Warranty Commitment
We offer up to 5 years warranty on all attachments against manufacturing and material defects when used normally. This means if a defect arises due to workmanship within this period, we will assess and carry out any necessary repair or replacement at no cost to you.

Additional Warranty Terms by Product Type
Mini range (Buckets only): 5 Years
12T+ (Buckets only): 3 years
Attachments and specific custom builds: 6 months or 1,000 hours
Quick hitches: 1 year or 1,500 hours
These warranties protect against manufacturing defects, including material failure and welding fractures.
What’s Not Covered
The following circumstances fall outside the scope of our warranty coverage:
Wear and tear: Normal wear, fatigue, and wear items (like ground-engaging teeth) are excluded.
Misuse or Neglect: Damage from improper use or failure to maintain the product.
Unauthorised Modifications: Any unapproved repairs, alterations, or modifications void the warranty.
Additional Costs: Expenses such as labour, transport, or consequential damages are not included.
Design Flaws: Defects stemming from inherent design characteristics are not covered.
